We sell digital products and services, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, recorded video content, group programs, coaching, and access to learning management systems hosted on npod.com.

Specific products at the time of publication include:

• The Idiot Engine, primary course, $29.95, lifetime access during the launch period
• Implementation Kit, order bump PDF
• The Idiot Engine Pro, upgrade tier (post-launch availability)

Product details, inclusions, and pricing on the live checkout page at the time of your purchase are the binding description.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

The launch price for The Idiot Engine is $29.95 during the introductory period, capped at the first 250 buyers. After the cap, the price may increase. Buyers who purchase before the cap is reached lock in the launch price for the duration of their access.

Sales taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes are not included in the listed price and may be added at checkout based on your location and applicable law.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe via WooCommerce. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. By submitting a payment, you authorize us (and Stripe acting on our behalf) to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount including any applicable taxes.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Other payment methods may be enabled at our discretion.

If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed and you will not be granted access. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that funds are available.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order on our checkout page is an offer to purchase. The order is not accepted until payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment irregularity, prior chargeback history, or violation of our Terms of Service. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

All products are digital and delivered electronically. After successful payment:

• Your account is automatically enrolled in the LearnDash course on npod.com
• You receive a confirmation email with your order number and access instructions
• Downloadable PDFs (including the Implementation Kit) are accessible from inside your course dashboard or via direct download link in the confirmation email

If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of payment:

• Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders
• Search for emails from orders@income-4-idiots.com
• If still missing, email support@income-4-idiots.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout

We do not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees.

Refund policy

To request a refund:

• Email support@income-4-idiots.com from the email address you used at checkout
• Include your order number
• State that you are requesting a refund

We will process approved refunds within five (5) business days to the original payment method. After your refund is issued, your access to the course and any downloaded materials must be discontinued. Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. Refunds for upgrade tiers (e.g., Idiot Engine Pro) follow the same window unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us at support@income-4-idiots.com is a violation of these Terms. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

• Immediate termination of your account and access to all products
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases
• Pursuit of the disputed amount and any associated fees through legal channels

We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Email us first.

Subscriptions and recurring charges

If a product on our site is sold on a recurring or subscription basis, that fact and the renewal terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the renewal schedule disclosed.

You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing support@income-4-idiots.com before the next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial billing periods unless required by law.

As of the publication date of these Terms, none of our products are sold on a recurring or subscription basis.

Taxes

You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes applicable to your purchase based on your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we collect and remit applicable taxes at checkout. Where collection is not required of us, you remain responsible for self-reporting and remitting any tax owed.

Purchasing a product does not grant you any license to use these trademarks.

No warranty of results

We sell a method. We do not sell results. See our Earnings Disclaimer for the full statement on income claims and what your results actually depend on.

Modifications to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Purchase at any time. Modifications apply to orders placed after the modification date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

Governing law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process described in our Terms of Service.
