You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, or for your own internal business use if you are an entity.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, slide decks, worksheets, PDFs, written copy, brand names, logos, trademarks, the SODS® system, the Idiot Engine, the Implementation Kit, the Revenue Rx Scorecard, the Perfect Match Statement, the Cash Lock framework, the Three Levers, Trust + Risk Reversal, and any related methodologies, is owned by Income 4 Idiots or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the Service (e.g., comments, support emails, testimonials), but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Paid courses are delivered through our learning management system at npod.com, powered by LearnDash. After successful payment, your account is enrolled automatically and you receive an email with login instructions. Access is granted for the duration described at the point of purchase (typically lifetime access for the version of the course you bought, subject to Section 11 below).
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. We will not retroactively remove access to material you have legitimately purchased except in cases of policy violation or refund.
The Service relies on third-party providers for various functions. By using the Service you acknowledge data may be processed by those providers, including:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Income 4 Idiots, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In any event, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Income 4 Idiots, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or extended inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@income-4-idiots.com.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in our Terms of Purchase.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree to a revision, your remedy is to stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any legal action arising out of these Terms or the Service lie in the state and federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@income-4-idiots.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with the Terms of Purchase, Privacy Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Income 4 Idiots regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
